I have a insurance claim which has not been processed since October 2021.
I have a insurance claim which has not been processed since October 2021. Every time I call then docs is needed and when I provide it , they dont respond until I call again only to find they need the same docs. My contract ended Feb 2022 and I`m still paying for a phone and sim I am yet to receive from a claim. the frustrating thing is that I am paying and Cell c does not care. *** is up with that. I want my phone and sim please contact me.

The process of getting the ticket number was a huge task as i was asked to wait on the person who helped me originally.
i finally got hold of him and was provided the ticket number: 929563.
They told me the claim is still with review department.
Can you please follow up.
