I hate the day i took up a cell C contract .

Do not take contract with Cell C, worst customer experience ever, i took a contract with them in 2019, finished paying the contract , put a notice to close the contract .They offered the number to me as prepaid i refused. six month later they have handed me over to credit solution, claiming that i owe them . i have been requesting my statement of account for over 1 year now without success , i have sent more that 20 emails, they will tell you they are escalating the matter to the relevant department until today
