I hate Cell C they are the worst company ever

It's going in for 5 months and I still can't get cell C to resolve my issue, I was given a reference number *** and called, I was told I'm being put through to the cancelations department and I was on hold for 8mins until my talk time ran out, this is ridiculous, in addition to all the money that I have to pay for a service that I've never been able to use, now I have to waste more money and time and effort month after month just to get cell C to cancel my get more service that I have never been able to use, this is ridiculous, I'm at my wits end and not a single person has contacted me to date, what more am I supposed to do, another payment is due next week and they will deduct my money again, and if I cancel the debit order then my record gets affected, CELL C I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE CANCEL MY GET MORE SERVICE, AS I HAVE REQUESTED FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS NOW, AS YOU ARE CAUSING ME DETRIMENT AND MONEY!!!
