I hate Cell C

I hate Cell C, 3 weeks back i received a call from one of the consultants and we made payment arrangement for my account, the very same day i receive another call and i told the guy i already made arrangement with the first person. and my debit was supposed to go on the 30th of May 2023, and on the 24th, 25, 26 27 , 28, 29, of May 2023 they kept on debiting, and Debit returned unpaid which affected my Absa account, i now have to pay Admin fee of R1650, 00 , of unpaid. I'm so disappointed with this company and ive been with them for more than 10 years.
