I hate cell c

I'm extremely disappointed, I called in in June and asked for a settlement amount and I was told to pay R4700 of which I did, but to my surprise my account was debited again this month, when I call in they tell me the settlement amount didn't include the current amount. I mean who must include the current amount coz I don't work at cell c retentions, I regret taking this contract now they debited money that's suppose to pay for my child's transport.
