i HATE cELL c

Last year around November I sent the affidavit and my ID copy because they was an account opened under my name, Cell C investigated the matter and I was told its sorted. To my surprise when I was checking my credit score today (10 May 2018) I found out thaht I owe Cell C and amount of +R1600 which I don't know about and I thought this matter was revolved. Im furious and irritated with dealing with *********** people from CELL C

What's the use of having someone calling me while the issue is not being resolved, its been over 5Months now, and this is preventing me to do my own personal things. This is annoying
