I hate cell c

I got a voicemail from cellc informing me that I'm listed so since February I've been calling them trying to find out which company I'm listed on in order for me to make payment arrangement hence I'm currently unemployed and they even made it impossible for me to get employed hence I'm now listed and no one at cellc seems to know which company am I listed on, I called their customer service number, they gave me a chargeable number for their legal department, then still be kept on hold for a while and I'm using my airtime, then finally when they pick up they give me another number that they say its their lawyers, when I call that number they inform me that there's nothing about me on their system, then again call the legal department and have to explain myself again, then the next agent gives me a different number then I go through all that experience over & over again with no assistance through all the months I've been trying to reach them, I'm so angry with cellc I even went to the outlet in Maponya even them they couldn't assist me, and it gets worse unprofessional, with a tone filled with attitude. Cellc is not reliable, it's staff is as useless, their service is always bad.
