You handed over my to Nimble collection I paid via them but what you did it to update the account saying I'm on arears for what now? It's been months asking you to remove my name from Credit bureaus but no response from you

Why are you still Nimble calling me and sending letters that I'm owing you? Again even in credit score it shows that I'm in Arrears I'm owing you?

Why did you handed over my name to them but you didn't get money till today?
