I had a contract ...
I had a contract with Cell C , which I paid fully ,when I asked for cancelation to a prepaid which took a some time to cancel, but when I thought I am over with them, they took me to their lawyers saying I owe them an amount R285 which I paid in January 2024, now when I went to increase my credit limit with my bank , I couldn't because Cell C blacklisted my name , I called them , they said I owe them R179-00 , I asked how because they took my account to their lawyers, to avoid their marygoround, I paid R179 in September but up to now they haven't remove my name from blacklisting as they promised, thank you
