i give up on cell c

i did log a complain few weeks ago then they called me and made promises which they couldnt keep. <br> i did an upgrade in may, then it was done on the wrong number but even today the matter is still not resolved. now am expected to pay my monthly debit order but am not using the service.this is realy pathethic .no matter how many times i call them, the matter doesnt get to be resolved.<br> ***<br> rer:***<br> ***<br> rer:***<br> and ref no:***
