I give up

I was begged to essentially solve the problem myself. I am on holiday and must now take time away from my family and risk getting corvid-19 by going to a store that is most likely busy at this time of year. Wow Cell C, I will have a drink to the poor service I have been provided and I will pour a shot on the ground for my death of my faith in your customer service. If you can avoid taking the insurance with them or at least do some research into it, avoid the mistake I made. I won't even take it further, I don't have the energy to fight this.
