I found an angel at CELL C her name is SINENHLANHLA DLAMINI - well done lady! After 7 days and numerous emails you take charge of our query and resolved it within 7hours!!!!! WOW can CELL C please appoint more people like SINENHLANHLA DLAMINI. We need people that can think and service us the clients. CELL C please change your whole Fibre Support Team but keep SINENHLANHLA DLAMINI
CELL C please change the way you deal with your queries. You service thousands of clients on a daily basis, and we are so frustrated because one query ending up with a few Reference numbers, your staff is *********** and no one is willing to listen.
Appoint more staff like SINENHLANHLA DLAMINI, i salute her for outstanding work!
