I feel ****** by Cell C. I need answers. Customer service is there to assist but I don't get any assistance

I upgraded my contract with cell c and they have been charging me more from day 1.When I asked about this they told me it's for content services,I then asked them for a break down of this from the time they started charging me for it.They say they cannot give it to me because they don't have the information...my question to them was how can they charge me for something they don't have information about.I feel like Cell C has been *****ing from me because I don't know about this and never signed up for it.What makes it worse is their inability to answer any of my questions. They just close my cases without resolving them
