I feel cheated.

<p>I have two contracts with cell c. The data contract in December I was billed 3 times my contract agreed upon amount. I was told I get 2 gigs peak hours and 2 gigs off peak. I visited a cell store and was told I exceeded on my off peak. It did not make sense cause I hardly use data off peak. Nonetheless I let it go and asked that my contract be allowed to go over by only R50. I was told that's done and I left. In Jan I was billed the correct amount and in February it went back to 3 times my contract monthly payment. I don't know what is happening. Cell c please advise. I'm frustrated cause I don't know how much</p> <p>the next debit will be from my account. </p> <p> </p>
