I don't recommend Cell C
If misleading was a brand.
My contract was blocked due to 2 missed payments. Bare in mind I had been unemployed since last year June but I had still made payments.
Cell c blocked my contracts around Feb-May 2021. After I had made out the payments they refused to credit me with the data that I had not used for those months, so I basically paid for something that I could not use, this isn't ethical.
I won't recommend Cell C to anyone, customer service is not the best and the connection is even worse.

11 Jun 2021, 10:11Yes that is correct, I already paid cell c for everything, I settled my account, I don't owe you anything but it still feels like a ******* for paying for something I could not use.

11 Jun 2021, 16:34Kindly note that as per the subscriber agreement. Data allocated monthly carries over the following month if not used (it is valid for 60 days). We can not reimburse as the benefits were loaded on the 1st of each month.
