I don't know who is worse Cell C or Sony

I got a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact with my upgrade in December. Worst mistake i ever made. My screen is lifting, my speaker is not working properly and now i cant get my phone to charge. <br> <br> I phoned Sony and Cell C complaining about it and telling them i want a new phone but the only thing they can tell me is i have to take my phone in for repairs. I do not see why i should send a phone in for repairs if the cause of damage is not my fault and the phone is not even a year old and i am having this problem. <br> <br> I don't know who is worse Cell C or Sony... Just goes to show as long as they can pocket the money the dont care about their customers what so ever...
