I didn't pass the ridiculous questionair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to report one of my wifi ****les being ******. I have to pass the questionair test. Apparently I didn't pass, after spending 10 minutes on the phone with the consultant!!!!!!!!!!! I have been with Cell C since their inception. I asked her to tell me what question I got wrong. As far as I am concerned everything was correct, only thing is I have 2 email addresses?????? I must now call again with the correct answers? ***??????????????????????????????????????? You people want to waste my time while somebody is using my wifi which I will be responsible for????
