I did not sign for contract - ********** Contract

A ********** cell phone contract was taken using my name, emailed all required documents to ***** query email and at first they said response time is 7 days, it had passed even went to branch they logged it again and a good Samaritan escalated and still no response, I need to open a case at the police station. I don't understand why they taking too long, are they waiting for next deduction? Mind you I haven't signed nor received any mandate relating to these phones. Cell C I need you to stop that ********** account as I didn't approve
