I did not receive my product

I app**** for a construct at cellc, the consulted went through everything with me to see if I qualify or not, she then mentioned to me that the laptop I app**** for was out of stock n she would call me when it's available, she called me lastweek Friday to inform they have stock, we confirmed everything, it's 7days later I havnt received my product
