I did not ask for an upgrade

I was contacted by an operator from Cell C to offer me a new upgrade on my Internet Contract. I said I would not upgrade and cancel my contract as my contract came to an end. I then phoned cancellations at cell c and asked to cancel my contract, only to be told that cell c has upgraded my contract without my permission. they then transfer me to upgrades to cancel the upgrade on my contract only to be told to phone cancellations where I have just come from. I phone cancellations again to ask them please cancel the upgrade and cancel my contract. they then send an email to cancel the upgrade and tell me that someone will contact me to cancel the contract.<br> <br> I then get a phone call from a courier company to say \ Are you home so we can deliver your new upgrade"<br> <br> I then phone cell c again to ask what the story is with the cancellations. they send emails to head office and then tell me to phone tomorrow to check if it has been cancelled. <br> <br> The end of the day I need this contract to be cancelled and I never asked for the upgrade from the beginning!!!
