I did expect better from Cellc

On the 26-10-2015 I submit a online query to cellc to one of their promotions on a wifi router, Welcome Thwala contacted me and we have gone trough everything and I was approved the following day (27-10-2015), Welcome said to me after I got approved it will take 3 to 5 working days to receive my product, I have contacted Welcome again trough email 3 days after (Friday 30-10-2015) regarding my product, he told me its out of stock but the delivery would happen in the following week, today is the 12-11-2015 and still no phone call or emails from anybody at cellc, i have tried more than 10 times to get hold of anyone that could assist at cellc but on 084 145 option 2 but you wait and wait and wait and no one is ever available, i have also tried [Email Removed] and no response, it is just rather disappointing and irritating, i was definitely expecting better on customer service from Cellc :(
