I can't upgrade
I want to upgrade 2 contracts. But before I can do that, i have to pay R644. But my account is in order. Outstanding balance is R0. And nobody can tell me what that is for.

A commitment fee is the amount that would be required to settle your account in the instance of an early cancellation. The amount is spread out for the duration of the contract and depreciates on a monthly basis.
The current commitment amount is valid until the end of this month, and then it will depreciate.

But this amount is the same for the past few months.

But this amount is the same for the past few months.

We have also escalated the matter to our Support Team to contact you and provide you with a break down thereof and provide clarity on all other issues that might be of concern to you.
