I can't tell someone to open an contact with cell c because they not doing their joy nd have bad service

I take an contract phone few years agoit was online contract I think,because they delivered it to my home (the corious service)everything was okay then..so last year I decided to channeled on of my SIM card cos I was using sumsang J2 which ha two SIM card..they said to me that the chacelle it ..so after some months I see that they still dedacting some money On my account..so I went to the nearest branch which is Norwood,I was helping ke a guy called Lesego..then they fixed it...after some months they still debit money in my account then I went back at cell c Norwood still being associated ke Lesego,then I asked Lesego that I whant to chacell my contract with cell c because am not happy with their service.lesego check my contact with them on sesteym said that I can pay R340.60 via easy numbers.he printed everything for me,,I went to pick n pay to pay that amount on the 02/06/2018...after that I whent back to cell c at Norwood to submit my documents then he do all the paperwork that should be done on the side then give me mine I said and everything..so since that day cell c never debit other money in my account(beacase I did chancel and closed the contract with them on the 02/06/2018)I was surprised today morning when I wake up I found a message from my bank saying debit order cell c...my help it that I want my mom back I people from cell c they must make sure that my account or contract with them is permeatly close...I won't just pay for something that I did singed that I don't need it anymore,,so pls help me to find my money back and close the contract
