I can't do anything because they had me blacklisted.
Cell C has bad customer service, no wonder why the company is doing this bad. I am so angry because I am in a process of buying a house and now my things are stuck because of them. I took a cellphone contract last year Jan and canceled because they gave me a wrong device. Month end they debited my account and I reversed it because I canceled. Now they had me blacklisted. I've been calling since last year and even recently and they promised to remove my name from there even today I'm still waiting.

12 Nov 2020, 13:52I don't believe this. So it takes bad review for Cell C to act on your query. Cell C must take their customers serious because these bad reviews will kill their business. I finally received the letter and they promised to remove my name from the bad credit database.
