I cannot cancel Cell C contract
I have been trying to cancel my contract with Cell C for two weeks. Firstly, I went to a store and they were not able to assist me. They gave me a number to dial, which rings as "the number does not exist". Then I phoned their normal customer service number and no one can assist me there, they direct me back to the same number that does not exist. I have called MULTIPLE times and no response and no call was answered. The lady at the customer service department said there are high call volumes and that is the only reason for this. I have to try in an hours time...... I HAVE! I have sent an email to that department and was suppose to receive a call back within 24-28hours. That also did not happen. I wish someone at Cell C can just help me.

The internet that I was using was cancelled on the day that you phoned me - 6 May.
I have now left the country, but there was still a payment that went off for the full month.
One, I dont know if the contract is now cancelled?
Two! I have been charged for a full month and I used only 6 days worth of internet!
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!! AND I AM NO LONGER REACHABLE ON A SOUTH AFRICAN NUMBER. SO EMAIL? OR INTERNATIONAL CALL.
