I Cancelled my contract in October 2020, yet CellC hasn't cancelled it yet.

I called in to cancel my data in October 2020 yet the contract was never cancelled I have been trying to get this resolved since January 2021, I am being thrown from pillar to post, the worst customer experience ever, I have been a loyal Customer to Cell C for over a decade, I am considering cancelling my other contract and porting to a different network.
