I CANCELLED IN NOVEMBER 2017

On the 6th November 2017 I called Cell C Cancellations department spoke to Princess in regard to cancel my two contracts.

Princess told me that it takes a month and my contracts would be cancelled by the 6th of December 2017 and my last debt order will be the 25th of December 2017 where I agreed to.

Yet Cell C has sent me an invoice for January 2018. I am going to stop the debt order as I cancelled both contracts on the 6th of November 2017 as Cell C never cancelled the two contracts.

My 1st contract expired in October 2017 and the other in November 2017

I called in to notify that I wont be upgrading the first contract in September 2017 (1 month before the contract expired) I spoke to a Guy can't recall his name.... he convinced me no to cancel but instead to convert to a 1gb data contract @ R75.00 per month and that I can cancel at anytime I asked would I pay a cancellation fee if I do cancel he stated no as it is a month to month contact and all I have to do is cancel is call in and cancel (1 month notice period applies) I agreed. Come November I realize that i don't use the date and I am just wasting money hence why I called in to cancel on the 6th of November.

Why must I pay a cent more if people at cell C cant do their jobs properly.
