I can upgrade but not cancel

Funniest issue I've seen in a while all departments are up and running, so I can speak to accounts and can even upgrade but I'd I want to cancel they make me wait speak to 2 different departments do checks then ask me if I wanna upgrade again and then tell me it's outside office hours if I confirm cancelation.... You might keep me here for another weekend but now I'll cancel everything thanks for the push
