I called in to cancel my contract as my 2 year contract is complete I did the verification test my full name I d number address contact number and what bank the debit order goes of and the date and my email address I know I passed all this as it is my details that I use constantly. But they say I failed the verification I'm very disappointed in Cell c it's is really bad service I dnt like this at all I also asked for a manager to call me and I'm still waiting this is not good guys
