i am waiting on my refund for the pass 5 months.

I have been contacted and told that i am owing cell c yet i paid up this account and have my paid up letter i was told by the manager of promanade that my account is paid up and cell c owes me R1000 yet i was told to contact nimble after i paid my account up to date and also have the paid up letter i have paid this account over the ammouny that i was suppose to instead of paying R750 everymonth i paid R1000- R1200 everymonth without fail to settle the total amount of R14000
