I am waiting more then 2 weeks for Cell C to assist me with statements To date they are either not picking up calls at contact centre or disconnect calls Their service is beyond appauling

I am waiting more then 2 weeks for Cell C to assist me with statements To date they are either not picking up calls at contact centre or disconnect calls Their service is beyond appauling. A customer asking for statements to settle account just to get rid of their bad customer service.
