I am very angry with them they even closed my router for what nxa!!

I bought a router from them on a contract I payed until it was finished we agree to continue with data contract when it was about to end I called them for upgrade they turned me down I went to their branch @Maponya they turned me down in a month I saw they deducted more I called them and ask why they said the contract is finished so they are continuing deducted more as those prices were for contract I ask them to cancel that new contract they said I must pay cancelation fee which I refused because they denied me the contract saying I can't afford a month later they deducting way more the I was asking now they are handing me over to collectors
