I am still waiting for my email as promised

<p>Cell C has found my money I paid which was in my account as I have stated over and over again and they have ripped my credit score. The gentleman said he would email me a letter and make sure my credit score would be corrected. I have still not received and emails or the fees I was charged for this. Kindly would this gentleman please keep to his word and email me. </p>
