I AM SO FED UP WITH CELL C!!

I am so fed up with Cell C. I was debited for insurance which I did not apply for. I reversed the debit order and paid for the line which is my agreement with cell c. I queried this late last week and at 11:14 this morning a guy called me to tell me that they have investigated and can confirm that I did not apply for insurance but it was "mistakenly added" and that they will make the relevant updates and my line will not be suspended. Less than 2 hours later, My line is suspended, is this a joke to cell c??? How do you suspend my line based on the fact that you say I owe money for a service I did not ask for? Further more, I'm unable to call their own contact center from the blocked line. Please I need someone to call me back and sort this out because I can't make a call now.
