I am so Disappointed with Cell C and their Service

I bought a Samsung S24 Ultra on contract from Cell C online, very expensive phone i must say but worth the price. I specified the colour that I wanted, Violet it was. The phone delivered was Titanium Black. I never received any communication from cell c to apologize for delivering this product in the wrong colour or any reason for that. The price of this phone doesn't deserve this level of ignorance. It's been a week and I just had to use the phone because it was urgently needed for use hence I didn't return it. Secondly, I was also clear with my debit order date to be the 25th of every month but they decided to just prematurely debit on the 20th without communicating this inconvenience.
