I am so disappointed in Cell c!!!
Cell C is probably the most inefficient mobile network out there!!! One lie after the other. The staff is so uninformed about procedures and protocols. I am not one to moan about things but this is outrageous!!!! The one person tells you this and the other that. You cant even speak to a manager when you phone head office!!! Not to mention the rood way that some of the people talk to you!!!! I WISH ive gone to Telkom mobile instead of making the MISTAKE to upgrade my contract with cell c, AGAIN!!!
