I am not happy with the Cell C billing

<p>i took up a data contract with cell c on May in woodmead and I was told it is going to cost me R239 a month. The next thing I just saw that I have to pay R700, why? All I was told was that this month I will be double debited, of which that doesn't even add up to R500. Can somenody explain to me what is going on. Tell you what if this is not sorted out before the debit order actually goes through I wil reverse it. Because this is not the first time Cell C is doing this to me. I paid the sim connection fee last month of which I did not mind because that was explained to. I however refuse to pay money I do not know of.</p>
