I AM NOT HAPPY

Cell c never gave a damn about my R85 airtime that went missing under their nose.i reported what happened but they seem to careless. If I was able to be in control somehow or have a certain account where i store my airtime i would.how can my airtime keep getting chowed from cell c by people or platforms I dont know of and there's no single message or warning from cell c to say I am left with how much airtime unless I check.how can one gain control ?if I have money and i use it to buy airtime and my airtime now disappears without a warning what's that? My money in the wallet cannot go unseen.when we subscribe to somethings we will usually get a message to say we are subscribed under some staff.my worry is this people are hacking into the cell c network and cell c dont suffer but us the poor customers suffers alone.if it was my house or yard I would put a fencing around.i want my airtime back.cell c is trash.how can one loose so much airtime and they still justify that it was not their mistake? Is there any proof or message sent to me to say I've subscribed into baseplay games?I want my airtime.cell c should improve it internet security or do whatever is in their power to prevent this things from happening. I am not working I need my airtime back.could it be really so difficult for such a big company to compensate me?
