I am not happy

Staff at Cell C are helpful do not know not no how to fix problem yesterday I had problem went to cell c store told me I must do sim swap that the problem after doing the sim swap I still had the problem . I had problem some time back call the Manager in the Forensic department with no like in taking my calls Marinus Gaini did not even get call back . I try searching for the Ceo Douglas with no like on Linkin or facebook so now I know why cell c got no service . If you search for MTN or Vodacom ceo you can find them , it look to me that the only to company that care about service .
