I am never buying a phone from cell c again

<p>I bought a phone (Galaxy Note 4) from cell c online in February 2015. Few months later, my phone stopped charging. Took it to cell c for repairs. Backed everytgibg as i knew they were going to wipe out everything. My phone was fixed, and was given back to me. Had to download my previously downloaded apps. In May2016, it stopped charging again. Had to back up everything yet again. Got the phone back and downloaded my apos once more. Costing me a lot of data. My phone phone stopped charging again. Took it to cell c and told them I don't want this phone anymore, it's been giving me the same problem over and over again. They took the phone and gave me a reference GPBRA69155. Later on, I received an SMS telling me they have my quotation which is R1000 to fix my phone. They say they can't fix it because it has rust in it. Meaning that it fell in water. I really don't understand that. My phone never fell in water and why are they only finding rust now that I have put in a request for a new phone? I asked the consultant to escalate the matter and I have not received any correspondence with regards to that. The consultant told me that's not going to help in anyway, they not going to fix it. The quotation will stand. This phone has costed me a lot money and may I just say that I'm tired of that. The inconvience it put me through was just ridiculous for an expensive phone.
