I am following procedures

My account went into arears after I paid up the full amount and "pay & clear"it and email proof of payment my line could still not be open as my minutes for the month was finish. Nowhere in my hour spend with cell c over the phone anything to this effect was mentioned. I use my phone for business and now need to wat for 48 hours. The only answer you get is that they are following procedures. Maybe Cell C must invest in robots I think it will work much better for them.

Lastly no wonder they close down shops their service is extremely ****
