i am feel disrespected and cell c ,have affected my life and have no respect to people and level of service horrifying no one at the customer service know how to help me with paid up letter or letter of account being closed

Dear Cell c I am victim of ***** at cell c stores and my ID have been impact acted however your ***** team manage to confirm and closed the account as it was declared *****. I have been sending email for the last 13days without respond and help which its disgrace and lack of competence throw management service ,disgusting service from cell c ,no respecting for people but only focus on making money at life of innocent people my ID NUMBER below I can’t use due to cell c failing to issue me with letter that this account was ***** and being closed. All this team leaders are clueless of how to help me. No one know to help with a letter of closed account on ID. Allow me to open a case again the company and report to media as I can’t be help by financial intuition due to cell c hold a letter of account being closed
