I am fed up with Cellc they ruining my life 😭

Good day my name is Jennifer and i had a contract with cell C in 2021 and everything was well until my phone got blocked by cellC and they were unable to unblock it I do know I was in arrears for one month but i don't know the debit never went off as i did have money in my account . also i called them to asked why the phone was blocked they reason was they have no idea why the phone got blocked all this was telephonically .long stock short i send in the phone to they repairs to get the screen fixed and for them to unblock my phone but my phone came back still blocked and not working. I still got deduced every month even after i told them that the phone is not working and all this was year2021.everytime my money was deducted i would reverse my money, and that's when everything changed they starting saying the reason that the phone got blocked was because i was not paying but which was never true. they now forgot the whole reason why the phone was not paid by me in the first place. i don't have all the reference numbers for these but i do have mails of 2021 begging them to unblock my devise but no response. i than got handed over to the dept collectors that i have to make payment even though it was never my fault from start i only started making payment this year in January 2023. i made my first payment of R2400 than again to the same dept collector in august 2023 of R2300 of which i have all my proof of payments and proof with same account details that I received from them on a SMS. I am trying to get my name cleared please . (shapiro shake dept collectors) i than called in to shapiro shake dept collectors to confirm the second payment, they than told me that i was handed back over to cellC and who gave me those account details as they don't know that account details, so they can not see the payment of R2300 even though i paid the money into they account but they giving me so many stories that they cant see the payment. Now cellc is telling me that they also cant do anything because they dont know that account details but they received my first payment made to them via shapiro shake but was never allocated. I than got handed over again by Cellc in july 2023 to a new dept collector called Nudebt, which i was never informed of i only found out when i called in to ask to who i should make my 3rd payment to. Cellc never follows up i have to always call in and asked what's happing with my case. i got a settlement letter from the dept collectors Nudebt and they told me that Cellc says everything is fine now. Today 05/10.2023 i call in they tell me they can not give me a paid up letter because I still owe them money of R1800 and according to the dept collectors i don't owe them anything anymore. This has been giving me sleepless nights and stress as i can not apply for anything as Cellc is reflecting on my credit score and they don't give a **** i don't know what to do anymore can someone please assist me to resolve the matter so i can get my name cleared.
