I am fed up with cell c!!

I have been with cell c for close to two years last week friday I called and arranged for an upgrade the consultant I spoke to nkele assured me all was done I should wait for delivery , monday I called to follow up and they told me nothing was captured I then spoke to gloria who apparently captured everything read terms and conditions and told me the phone will be delivered later I got called by keagan abrahams who told me nothing was on the system and I told him I spoke to a lady who said she did everything and guess what ? Once again I had to redo the application for the 3rd time today finaly my phone is delivered the ram guy gave it to me over the gate he didnt now I checked it and its missing the ejection pin I cant insert my sim or use the phone I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes being transfered from pillar to post nolwazi then checked from the technical department and confirmed its standard with the phone kept on hold for another 15 minutes and nontobeko from the follow ups department tells me I should wait for 7 days for the phone to be collected and checked then another 7 for it to be broughtback what am I paying for? Such terible service? I am disappointed
