I AM BEING ****** BY CELL C.

I would like to complain about Cell C. I have requested my contract to be cancelled in February 2018, Gave them a few calls to find out what the procedure is, they told me that besides my debit order for the month of February I need to pay a cancellation fee of R 74.00 (contract would have ended in April thus the small amount). The agent told me once I get this paid I need to call Cell C to get the data contract cancelled. I got it paid and called Cell C on the exact same day to get it cancelled. The agent told me that she is cancelling the contract not knowing why the agent before her told me to pay more than what I am required to. So I told her its okay I just want to cancel my contract so eventually she did. Said that it will be affective within 24 - 48 Hours, happy. I get a call a week later from their Sales Department trying to sell me something they told me that my contract has not been cancelled and that it is still active. Immediately I called from my MTN phone and Land line trying to find out what is happening, they never cancelled my contract as requested and said they did. I have been calling Cell C from my landline and MTN sim card since February trying to get Cell C to cancel my contract and have been paying a lot of phone bills due to this not being done. Eventually I got through to the Supervisor of the Johannesburg Branch (Elon Govender) telling me that he will escalate this matter and see if I can get it cancelled after listening to a few recordings. They found the recordings of this "cancellation and the agent giving me the amount to pay". Me calling them since February at least once a week miraculously they couldn't find ANY other recordings relevant. Elon Govender avoided my phone calls making up excuses to why he could not return my phone calls or why he could not speak to me. I have been calling Cell C so much, they haven't return any calls or follow up "within 24 to 48 hours" like they say they will that my MTN phone bill / airtime was just getting too much for me so I decided to put the data simcard into a cellphone so that I can call Cell C toll-free and if I did not use the phone it would just lay in the office or I'll put it on flight mode. So I called them today after not receiving feedback from them ONCE AGAIN regarding how far the contact cancellation and R 150.00 credit (they pulled off the monthly debit order amount less the cancellation fee I paid already) escalation and the agent told me that they will not be paying me any money back because I have been using the simcard, in which I didn't.called them with this simcard which is suppose to be toll-free and that they are going cancel my contract on the 30th of April only but will be taking a debit order amount of R 280.00. I don't know what to do anymore I even called my bank asking if there is no way we can put debit orders to Cell C on hold or to block it but they can't help either. I DO NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH CELL C EVER. I am paying for a contract that they were suppose to cancel n February already. I am being punished by them pulling off money from my bank account because of calling THEM FOR FEEDBACK. this agent today told me that she will escalate this "usage of data apparently it is 200MB" and will get "feedback" within 24 - 48 hours. I am being ****** by Cell C. I will have to call again because I know this and have been calling them for the past 3 months asking for feedback and by doing this I am using this simcard. They are just going to take my money from my bank account when I cancelled in February already. DO NOT BOTHER WITH CELL C PEOPLE, this is a warning.
