I am being bul**** by cell c

I am being bul**** by cell c, I called the cancellation department to terminate my contract with cell c on the 14 of Feb 2018.

I was then adviced by the agent that my termination for my contract will be terminated after 30 or 31 days (not really sure on the waiting period). As this is there term of termination.

Fast forward to April the first, my line is still active and now I am made to pay the total amount for my terminated contract.

I made countless calls to the department seeking clarity on my billing with no success.

Finally today a RUDE agent calls me to tell me that I will have to pay the full amount, telling me that I am liable for my termination of my contract and since this has gone past the 1st of April, neglecting the fact that their agent messed up.

I am surely considering canceling all my remaining contracts with cell c and find a different service provider.
