Hurt

Hello. I had an account with cell c. Struggled paying the account till I was handed over. Last Yr or Yr before I paid up my cell c. Fast forward been calling cell c and I was told to wait till I receive paid up letter. Funny thing is that I received my paid up letter 2 days after settling the account. This is frustrating cause when I call cell c they all tell that they fixed the matter. I receive my credit report and that cell c account still red. I'm annoyed and hurt, I do not qualify for a loan coz of that red flag... that means no graduation for me, cause I can't pay my outstanding fees
