humiliation and lies

I had a problem with epic bundles which I loaded that expired before its valid date so I called in and spoke to an agent and queried, said I should wait 48 hrs its now 4 weeks cell c hasn't contacted me I also have a major network problem I called the call centre 40 times and they humiliated me calling me a prank caller and a guy by the name of bongani ndweni suspended my line this Johannesburg call centre 130 commission street has to be dealt with the have no manners, I need the following to answer to why my line was suspended and why should I be called a prank caller :bongani ndweni,mbali Mtombela,sethembile ximba,Alexis Kali its now 3 months that I'm in this situation the network is totally useless!!!! Please respond to why these agents humiliated me.
