A huge thumbs up to the Cell C in Rivonia Village for the most amazing service. Being a pensioner, hard of hearing, and unfami**** with the latest technology does not always make for easy daily interaction, yet one also has to get things done. Because of my hearing disability I am not sure if I have his name correct, by Pollen at Cell C, showed incredible patience in assisting me in getting a good data deal and helped me to open a Tyme Banking account (Patrice you have a great ambassador here) which is not part of his job description but he took the time to reach out to an old lady. I must also mention Hendrik at the same time, who took pains to help me to upgrade my contract in spite of mask wearing making it incredibly difficult for me to hear, taking it all in his stride, constantly having to repeat himself, and with utmost patience. My humble thanks guys, and great appreciation for reaching out to a senior citizen who needs all the help she can get. WELL DONE carry on SPREADING THE LOVE.
