Hulkmobile Uchater - Cell C

I received an SMS notification of a normal CELL C debit order with funds being deducted. Only to realise that the amount was almost 3 times my normal amount that is paid. I immediately phoned them to investigate and was told that I subscribed to some Hulkmobile uchater Service. Whaaaaaaaat ??? I would not even know how to do this and have never subscribed to any thing like that. ( would not even know what it does or can do) How is this possible? They assisted me in unsubscribing but I AM LEFT OUT OF POCKET ???? How can a service be enabled on my account without my consent ? How do i go about getting help in this regard and get my money back which were obviously ******!!!!!! CELL C, IT is time to stand up for your customers!
